Peanut Oils and Peanut Extracts

Peanut Extracts are produced at the Edenton Facility.

• Roasted Peanut Extract is offered as a flavor enhancer for baking, ice cream, confectionery applications and other flavor systems.
• Roasted Peanut Extract is a 100% natural extractive peanut oil product, pressed from premium quality roasted peanuts. The extract has a peanut flavor and aroma several times stronger than roasted peanuts. No additives or preservatives are used in processing. The extract has an excellent shelf life, especially when stored at 40-50°F.
• Extract has broad acceptance by flavor companies as a foundation flavor in formulating natural and artificial flavorings, in oil base and dry flavor mixes.
• Packaging is offered in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
